Frequently asked questions about Jamaican Cravings Box

    • Can I build my own Jamaican Cravings Box?
      • Yes, you may do so here. 

    • How long after ordering will my package be sent?
      • Packages are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days after an order is made and payment is confirmed. Please be reminded business days do not include weekends and holidays. 
    • I'm not seeing products I want, what can I do?
      • We introduce new products every other week, so stay tuned. However, you may email suggestions of snacks you'd love to see at info@jamaicancravingsbox.com. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to be notified. 

    • Do you have snacks from other Caribbean countries?
      • Yes, most of our snacks are from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, etc.

    • Are the prices quoted in $USD?
      • Yes.

    • Do you ship to the United States?
      • Yes, Jamaican Cravings Box ships cravings box sets to all US states. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 or more.

    • Is shipping over $50 free?
      • Yes, orders going to the U.S.A are free if order if $50 or above.
    • Do you ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and Caribbean Islands.
      • Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout select your country and then enter your full address.

    • How long will it take to get my Jamaican Cravings Box?
      • Standard Shipping normally takes 10 - 16 business days (sometimes sooner) from the shipped date, and you will receive a tracking number. For the US, USPS will be used.

      • Expedited Shipping is also available, your cravings box gets there in 3-5 business days.
    • Does someone have to sign for my package?
      • Yes, USPS requires that someone sign for the package. They will not leave at your door. If someone doesn't sign, you may have to arrange for re-delivery or pick up at your post office.

    • Do you sell patties?
      • Not at the moment, we are working on that :--)

    • Is this legit?
